About Bob

I'm Robert—most people call me Bob.

I'm an entrepreneur, coach, husband, and dad, currently living in Vietnam. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Packaging and an MBA, but what really shapes how I work is experience—not titles.

Professionally, I serve as a Director of Operations, and alongside that role, I run an e-commerce business. Over the past 30+ years, I've worked across retail, aviation, warehousing, and logistics, spending most of my career inside operations—where plans meet reality and execution matters more than good intentions.

That real-world experience shaped how I coach today: practical, structured, and grounded in execution.I'm not interested in theory for theory's sake—I help people get clear, build a plan, and actually follow through.

My coaching is built around a holistic view of life, grounded in what I call the Five F's:

I work best with professionals and business owners who are capable, driven, and responsible—but feel stuck or scattered. They know there's more in them, but they need clarity, structure, and accountability to move forward with confidence.

I don't believe in handing people a one-size-fits-all playbook. This is your life. My role is to help you uncover your own answers, define a clear path, and stay disciplined once that path is set.

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline creates change. Real progress requires ownership, consistent effort, and earning what you want—nothing worthwhile is handed to you.

Outside of work, I'm married and the proud father of a 7-year-old son. Family keeps me grounded and reminds me why time, clarity, and intentional decisions matter—especially when life and work both pull at you.
